Automated Opening Rooflights
IQ have developed a range of automated opening rooflights, offering opening solutions without compromising on sleek and minimalist design.
There is a venting rooflight to enhance the air circulation, as well as a sliding rooflight and a sliding box rooflight which can be used to provide roof access to modern sky gardens.
The opening rooflights use high-quality aluminium and top of the range motors, to ensure smooth opening motions are achieved 100% of the time.
The opening rooflights can be specified in bespoke shapes and sizes, including a circular ventilating rooflight that lifts straight up vertically, using automated actuators. With large motors available to accommodate larger sizes, these advanced technical opening rooflights can be specified in large sizes.
Retractable Glass Roof
For an indoor-outdoor style of living, our retractable glass roof solutions are the ideal choice.
Being able to open and close large glass roofs with ease allows the space to easily be used any time of the year. Even when closed the slim framing gives the space a strong connection to the outdoors.
Being able to reach 2.2m per pane and with a maximum projection of over 11m, our retractable glass roofs can be sued for luxury homes and villas as well as a variety of non-residential projects.
