IQ Glass International was chosen despite the distance because we could deliver the exact performance needed for a home on the edge of the Caribbean Sea; such idyllic oceanfront views require protection from the elements. All glazing used is capable of withstanding extreme coastal conditions, specifically wind loads up to 3.20 KN/M². This is achieved through marine grade finishes and toughened laminated glass. Even with this guarantee of safety and durability, the laminated interlayers of the luxury oceanfront glazing deliver excellent visual clarity.

With private Caribbean Sea frontage spanning 210 feet, Kai Rose needed windows and doors that would capture this sprawling ocean vista. Throughout the property, solar control glass optimises internal comfort by significantly reducing solar heat gain, without compromising on natural light.
