At IQ we have been focusing heavily on growing our number of projects in the Channel Islands. Within recent years we have completed some amazing projects that bring a new life to homes across the two islands.

Recently, the Guernsey Design Awards Winners were announced at the Princess Royal Centre or Performing Arts.

During the ceremony Northern Ramparts scooped two awards. The first being the Best Single Residential New Build which was voted for by the judging panel. The second award was the Mitch Sneddon Professionals Choice award, which was voted for by everyone in attendance on the night.
